Return & Refund Policy for Books (Novels, Manga, Comics, and Other Printed Materials)
We strive to ensure that every customer receives products in excellent condition. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item was delivered in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
- The return request is raised within 3–5 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, unread, and in its original packaging with no signs of wear, folding, tearing, or markings.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, read, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Requests made after the specified return window.
- Minor variations in cover design, print quality, or edition (common in manga/comics/prints).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order details
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged/incorrect)
- Reason for return
Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method (if applicable).
- In some cases, store credit or replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
5. Replacement Policy
- If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, mention it during your request.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to a seller error (wrong/damaged item), return shipping may be covered.
- For other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

- Please handle books carefully before deciding to return them.
- Ensure proper packaging while sending returns to avoid further damage.
- Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
